What it is for:   L-Carnitine L-Tartrate:   Helps in cellular energy production, often used for fatigue, muscle weakness, carnitine deficiency

Methylcobalamin (active Vitamin B12): For B12 deficiency, nerve health, tingling/numbness, diabetic neuropathy as supportive therapy

Folic Acid: For folate deficiency and to support red blood cell formation / anemia
